Acupuncture for Health
Traditional Acupuncture has a very long and positive history of use for safely promoting balance and restoring health and well-being.
Your personalised treatment plan will be tailor-made with you to help you reach your physical and mental health goals in the best way for you. This may sometimes include massage, cupping, heat therapy, or lifestyle advice as an adjunct to your acupuncture.

Herbal Medicine
Chinese Medicinal Herbs have a rich history spanning thousands of years and their use for health is as relevant today as it has ever been.
Your individually formulated herbal prescription will be skilfully prepared and dispensed just for you, most often in a form that can be conveniently taken anywhere and mixed with boiled water, much like your favourite cup of tea (ok, or your favourite coffee).

Acupuncture Aesthetics
Acupuncture Facial Aesthetics is a natural, toxin-free ‘pro-age’ beauty treatment for both the health and appearance of your skin.
Your bespoke Facial Aesthetics treatment works naturally, enhancing your skin tone, smoothing, lifting, and promoting your own collagen production, to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, rejuvenated, and radiant with visibly good health.

Traditional acupuncture and herbal medicine are both excellent standalone options for improving your health and well-being and you may well have a particular preference for one of them. However, the synergistic effects of taking both together with each supporting, balancing, and promoting the other is to be recommended and is very much worth more than the sum of the parts. To complement these treatment modalities I stock a small selection of herbal and functional teas, plus other appropriate herbal products, the purchase of which is not dependent on treatment. You’re most welcome to call in at 5a Eastgate, or hit the ‘Shop’ button and purchase online.

Your acupuncture treatment may sometimes include cupping, tui na, or gua sha massage, and/or moxabustion heat therapy. Additionally you may choose to opt for a Hopi Ear Candle Treatment, and you can even have your Ears Pierced with me!
When the Heart is at Ease, the Body is Healthy.
chinese proverb
The aims of Traditional Chinese Medicine are to restore, preserve, and promote health & longevity.
The body, mind, and spirit are not independent entities. We are Whole.
